Park & Site FAQs
What types of RV sites do you offer?
We offer 100 fully-serviced seasonal RV sites. Each site is designed to accommodate various RV sizes and provides a spacious, natural setting for your summer getaway.
What hookups are included at each site?
Every seasonal site includes 20 Amp electricity, fresh water hookups and sewage hookups. These services ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay from May through October.
Are the sites shaded or open?
Our park is nestled in the treed Rocky Mountain foothills, so many of our sites offer natural shade and privacy. We have a variety of locations to suit your preference for sun or shade.
Can I view the site before booking?
We encourage potential seasonal campers to get in touch with our management team to arrange a visit. We'd love to show you around our family-focused community.
Are fire pits provided at each site?
No, we do not provide pre-installed firepits. Guests are welcome to construct their own designated fire area on their site, provided they receive official management approval first.
Is Wi-Fi available at the camp sites?
We don’t offer public Wi-Fi to encourage everyone to enjoy nature and our park facilities. For those needing to work, personal cellular data and Starlink reception are very reliable at our sites.
Can my RV stay on site year-round?
Yes. Our seasonal sites are designed for RVs to remain on site year-round. While the park is open for use from May 1st through Thanksgiving weekend, your RV can stay parked on your assigned site all year.
Can I build a deck, shed, or gazebo on my site?
Yes, you can add decks, sheds, and gazebos to your site, but all structures must be pre-approved and permitted by Triple Diamond RV management before construction. This ensures safety, consistency, and compliance with park guidelines.
